Meet:
Frankie Pierson - VP of Operations - Broker
Frankie is one of the kindest, most thoughtful people you will ever meet, and she is equally as tough when the time is right. She grew up in Randleman, North Carolina, (Petty Country, near Greensboro) where she raced dirt bikes and drove herself and other kids to school on the bus by age 16. A business degree from Wingate University led her into the advertising world where she was instrumental in launching and building many publications and phone book projects throughout the piedmont and coastal North Carolina. Through her career as an ad executive, she met many amazing people and developed the personal skills that help make her a successful real estate agent. Frankie is a wife and a mother of three. She has been calling Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach home since 2000, although her family has owned property, and been coming to the area for many years previous. Frankie serves on the production team at Port City Community Church. She enjoys dinner and game night with her family, classic cars, walking on the beach, boating and reading. She is/has been involved in Girls Scouts at Wrightsville Beach, The Cavelier King Charles Spaniel Club, U.S.A. Inc., and the WB Sea Turtle Project. Frankie is an excellent REALTOR and a valueable member of our team because she is great at listening and understanding what people want.

Kenneth Fisher - VP of Sales - Broker
Kenneth is passionate about living a good life for himself and for other people. He grew up in Wilmington and returned home after receiving a business degree from Appalachian State University with concentrations in Marketing and Management. Upon graduation, he practically went strait into real estate. The decision to do so was based on his previous experience in numerous aspects of home improvement and construction. This experience exposed him to the business and sparked an interest in property. Kenneth is a real estate investor himself, with an eye for a deal and insight on improving property. He is married to his wife Lindsay, making their home in the Middle Sound area. His knowledge of the greater Wilmington area is vast and valuable to clients. Aside from real estate, Kenneth enjoys surfing, golfing, boating, playing sports, and anything fun. Although you may not know it at first, he is dedicated to mastery of best business practices, evidenced by his library. He is currently involved in the Block By Block project to beautify and revitalize the downtown area. Kenneth enjoys working with the team to generate new ideas to better serve clients.

Meredith White -VP of Marketing - Broker
Meredith made a move to Wilmington recently to live at the beach and be close to her boyfriend, who is involved with coaching the UNCW baseball team. Growing up, Meredith was certainly entrenched in the real estate industry. Her mother is a successful broker with a boutique firm in the triangle area and her father is a general contractor. Something that attracted her to her own real estate career is the way that her mother always seemed to make great friends with people she sold houses to. Meredith attended Appalachian State University, where she received a degree in industrial psychology and was the academic all-conference captain of the Mountaineers womens field hockey team. Meredith enjoys playing tennis, attending UNCW baseball games, hanging with her dogs, visiting family, working out, and meeting new people. She has an eye for architecture and design, which were developed during several professional positions in those fields. Among her talents is the ability to create beautiful marketing pieces. Meredith is great with people, knows how to ask the right questions to better serve her clients, and is a very important member of the team.
